We decided to go with Rock Solid because of a recommendation from a friend we were not disappointed. Marco and the crew were very professional and exceeded our expectations. The fabricators put a lot of thought into how the stone piece flowed and worried more about how it will look and less about the bottom line. The installers were on time, clean and very skilled at their craft. Found a small scratch on center island and Hugo sent out a technician the next business day to buff it out. It looks fantastic and we are very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I can’t say enough about Rock Solid Countertops. They were very friendly and very professional. They did a terrific job on our kitchen and guest bathroom countertops. We couldn’t be happier with the decision we made in choosing Rock Solid. We received four estimates from four different places. Rock Solid gave us the best price and we felt more comfortable with them as they talked to us as they knew what they were doing. Very professional. The others seemed confused and unorganized. Very unprofessional. Just aloof. Rock Solid did a great job although there was one thing we weren’t happy with. It wasn’t anything they did wrong it’s just a matter of preference that we forgot to mention to them, even though it was our fault and with no questions asked they took the whole counter top back fixed it to the exact way we wanted it and brought it back in two days. They did an exceptional job. We love our kitchen and guest bathroom. We highly recommend Rock Solid Countertops. We will be calling them back again to do our master bath countertop in the near future. Thank you Rock Solid.

Rick Solid is a great company to work with … they have a huge selection of many different products that makes your home a castle. The employees are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with .they call and set up your appointments and they are right on time for measuring, and installation . Their prices are very reasonable. So don’t just sit there… go visit them, you won’t be sorry.

I can't say enough good things about Rock Solid. We had initially searched other businesses, but Rock Solid had more choices and better prices. We found a piece and had the granite installed for our outdoor kitchen. A week later a stress fracture appeared. We called expecting to have a debate with the owner but they sent someone out within a week and verified the crack. Hugo told us to come in and pick out any other piece we wanted, never stating we had to stay within a certain price range. We found a gorgeous piece that we love even more than the first. The installers came out to remove the old and put in the new piece. They were friendly, respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. The guys really seemed to love their jobs and had fun with each other. The next day Manny called to see how the installation went and if we were happy with the results. Hugo was the best! He clearly cares about his customers and wants to make them happy. We are thrilled with the product and service given to us and would HIGHLY recommend Rock Solid to anyone who wants a quality product at the best price and great service.

I had the Port Charlotte branch install my granite countertops. They were extremely professional in every aspect from me gathering quotes, them measuring for the template, and right down to the awesome installers, they get a perfect score! Rock Solid was so easy to work with, had no hidden fees, they did everything exactly as they said they would and every aspect was a pleasure! They were excellent at communicating for appointments, and always showed up on time. They did a rock solid awesome job! I am 100% thrilled with every aspect from start to finish, dealing with this company! I rate them a five out of five. ☺️
